If the vehicle is picked up after the storage period, half of the seasonal storage fee will be charged for overtime. If, when importing the vehicle, it is known that the storage period will be extended, the price for the extension will be agreed separately.

Insurances

Property liability insurance for storage operations. The property insurance does not cover the boat, vehicle or other movable property in the tenant's storage, but the tenant must take care of insuring his property himself. The lessor requires that the property in storage has valid insurance, which includes at least fire insurance.

Bringing to storage and picking up

Bringing boats, vehicles or other movables to storage and picking them up from storage takes place by separately agreeing with the contact person.

Storage is basically continuous seasonal storage. For example, property maintenance or repair measures that take place during storage must always be agreed separately. Several application days are organized in the spring, which will be announced in advance.

Paying for seasonal storage

The renter pays for the entire season when booking, or if agreed, storage can be billed to the customer. In this case, an invoicing fee of 12 euros will be added to the seasonal fee.

The storage fee must be paid in full before the tenant brings his boat or other movable property for storage. If the Tenant has agreed on a storage period different from the seasonal storage, the excess part of the seasonal storage can be invoiced separately.

Compensation liability for property in storage

The lessor is not liable for any damages or disturbances to the lessee's property during storage. The owner of the property is also not liable for damages to the tenant's property caused by a third party, natural phenomena or animals during the storage period.

Duration and price of seasonal storage

The winter storage period is 1.9-15.6, unless the parties have separately agreed otherwise. If the tenant does not pick up his property by the end of the seasonal storage, the landlord will charge the tenant half of the seasonal fee. If the property is still in storage at the start of the new Winter Storage season, the fee for the new season will be invoiced.

By paying the seasonal storage fee, the tenant undertakes to comply with these conditions.
